Message from the Music Ambassador
I am TSUMUZI, a violinist. Since my first performance at the Minamiguchi Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in 2022, I have participated in various events and shared many wonderful moments with the people of this town.
I am delighted that, for the second consecutive Christmas season, my piece "Lovely Gift of the Magi," inspired by O. Henry's masterpiece The Gift of the Magi and composed in 5/4 time as the world's first Christmas piece of its kind, will once again become part of the town's holiday atmosphere.
This year, I am especially pleased that the music video for the piece, featuring many scenes from around Jiyugaoka, will also be screened on a special digital signage display in front of the Christmas tree along the Greenway.
I hope this heartwarming piece, which celebrates the feelings we hold for those we cherish, will add a special touch to your Christmas memories.
